A conversation with Kian
Autistic people are known for their attachment to all things sensory, so lets have a look at a different kind of creativity. Meet Kian, he is Autistic and works as a chef. I sat down with Kian to gain an understanding of what it is like for him to work in a career involving food, which is something that is notoriously difficult for a lot of Autistic people. I also wanted to explore some of the recent challenges he has encountered in the workplace.
